Our Treatments
Traditional Thai Massage
Developed, practised and perfected for centuries, this ancient art of body therapy uses yoga-like stretches and gentle pressure along energy lines (sen) to move the meridians (lom) through the body and disperse it naturally out of the body. The massage therapist will apply direct pressure using fingertips, knuckles, elbows and forearms through clothing and without any oil.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a type of massage that involves the use of essential oils to enhance the massage experience. Essential oils are highly concentrated plant extracts that have been used for thousands of years for their therapeutic properties. When used in massage, essential oils are absorbed into the skin and can also be inhaled, providing a range of benefits. Aromatherapy has been shown to have a number of benefits, including reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep quality, and relieving pain and muscle tension.
Thai Foot Massage
The Thai version of reflexology is based on the belief that the body contains energy or "Chi" constantly flowing and uniting with the reflex points of the feet. The therapist will use a variety of techniques on certain parts of the foot to stimulate the energy and to help release "blockages" that cause pain.
Deep Tissue Massage
An intense therapeutic massage that promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation. Recommended for chronic back, shoulder and neck pain or after highly intensive physical activities. The massage therapist will apply sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of muscles and connective tissues.
Hot Stone Massage
This type of therapeutic massage uses heated stones in addition to hands to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and relieve pain. The massage therapist will place heated stones on different areas around the whole body using Swedish massage techniques and gentle pressure.
Upper Body Massage
Targeting the muscles located nearby the mid and upper areas of the spine, this massage therapy aims to promote overall spinal health and any other related issues. The massage therapist will use a wide range of massage strokes, kneading and firm pressure to stimulate blood flow - providing the muscles with nutrients and oxygen.
